Location: Tampa Office

The Office Administrator position will support the Crown Holdings Tampa location and teams. The individual selected for the position will independently perform office administration support duties. This individual will also be required to collaborate effectively with Administration peers and possibly assist with their tasks when/if needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as administrative liaison for existing and prospective employees.
  • Meet and Greet
  • Catering for team events and for special requests
  • Manage departmental calendars & schedules
  • Coordinate meetings {on and off-site} and conference calls
  • Interface with key business partners and employees
  • Maintain and order general office essentials and supplies for the Tampa office
  • Manage Mailroom and phone system
  • Collaborate with Administrative peers and assist with special requests as required

 

  • Experience with office administration or office management
  • H.S. Diploma.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate level skills in MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects to completion
  • Able to balance multiple tasks from multiple sources / good time management
