As the Administrative Nurse Director Cardiology, you will assume a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of all cardiology services, managing staff, and implementing best practices to improve patient outcomes. You will have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and manage a team of nursing professionals to ensure high standards of care. You will serve as an invaluable resource and will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Your role will be supported by a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and committed staff.

Requirements for this position include:

  • A current RN license or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in hospital management
