As the Nurse Director Ambulatory Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations for all outpatient services. You will have the opportunity to serve as an invaluable resource for a team of nursing and healthcare professionals. You will have the ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to improve the efficiency and quality of care. You will also work collaboratively with staff, physicians, and administrators while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Your role will be supported by a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and committed staff.
Requirements for this position include:
- A current RN license or ability to obtain upon hire
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Experience in Ambulatory Operations
