A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Manager in Cell & Gene Therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and maintain the sales pipeline through market analysis and tracking progress
Develop leadership presentations and communication to drive awareness and decisions
Perform market analysis, maintain competitive intelligence, and support sales strategy

Qualifications:

7+ years of relevant experience in sales operations & analytics
3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or services industry, with at least a year in cell & gene therapies
4-year bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
Experience with CRM tools, advanced Excel techniques, and sales automation tools
Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau is a plus
