Position Title: Field Performance Advisor

Locations: Kansas City, MO and Plano, TX

Position Overview:

The Field Performance Advisor (FPA) is tasked with enhancing supplier performance and driving continuous improvement through regular, on-site visits. Acting as a consultant to suppliers, the FPA will identify real-time discrepancies, enhance crew effectiveness, and improve tool utilization and quality. This role serves as representative, fostering direct relationships with market suppliers to provide insights, recommendations, and work with cross-functional support teams for streamlined and standardized processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze site performance metrics, including cycle time, COP accuracy, JHA compliance, Ericsson tool usage, build quality, and customer-specific standards.
  • Identify performance areas needing improvement based on site analysis, share feedback with the Territory Director and suppliers, and collaborate with suppliers on solutions.
  • Conduct on-site root-cause analysis for performance deficiencies, address real-time safety and construction issues, and provide corrective guidance.
  • Plan daily and weekly site visits strategically to support supplier KPIs, performance targets, and current needs.
  • Collaborate with Senior Construction Managers and Project Managers to evaluate on-site requests, support project completions, customer meetings, site access, and construction drawing validation.
  • Design and develop process improvements for supplier construction processes and tools in partnership with automation teams.
  • Collect, analyze, and report supplier performance data to support deployment process updates and trials of new workflows.
  • Build strong relationships with market suppliers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and feedback.
  • Ensure supplier understanding and compliance with customer processes, tools, and methods.
  • Contribute feedback and customer training materials, supporting accurate delivery performance via Site Tracker and Power BI metrics
  • Participate in quarterly Supplier Business Reviews, sharing field findings on supplier performance and actionable improvement recommendations.
