General Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple complex programs that align with our strategic objectives. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be expected to develop and implement program strategies, manage risks, and ensure that all program activities are aligned with the organization's goals. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior program managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and promoting best practices in program management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee and manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.

  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

  • Manage program documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
  • Ensure that program deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation.
  • Knowledge of best practices in program management.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Must be legally authorized to work within the United States.
