General Summary


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be expected to develop and implement program strategies, manage risks, and ensure that all program activities are aligned with the organization's goals. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior program managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and promoting best practices in program management.   • Develop and implement program strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee and manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.

  • Support the development and implementation of organizational strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
