Digital Marketing Growth Manager

Location: Chicago, IL

HI-VIBE Superfood Juicery is seeking a Digital Marketing and Revenue Growth Manager to drive our high-performance digital marketing strategy, leading email and SMS channels to maximize customer engagement and revenue. In this role, you’ll fuel HI-VIBE’s growth by building and executing campaigns that inspire our community to discover their best, most vibrant selves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Optimization & StrategyOwn and develop high-impact, multi-channel campaigns with a focus on revenue growth through email, SMS, and digital content. Maximize engagement, conversion, and retention across all customer touchpoints.
  • Campaign ExecutionLead high-performing campaigns that highlight our unique offerings of raw, organic, and unpasteurized superfoods. Leverage brand voice to inspire and convert, making every communication an opportunity for transformational impact.
  • Data-Driven GrowthLeverage data analytics and A/B testing to inform strategies, improve KPIs, and increase ROI. Develop actionable insights and optimizations that drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Lifecycle & RetentionMap out and enhance the customer journey from lead generation to repeat purchase, prioritizing retention and LTV. Develop winback and loyalty-focused campaigns that encourage regular cleanses and ongoing engagement.
  • Cross-Channel AlignmentCoordinate digital efforts across email, SMS, and social media to create a cohesive customer experience that educates, engages, and drives growth.
  • Brand Voice & CommunityRepresent HI-VIBE’s high-vibration tone across all platforms, fostering a strong community of health-conscious, high-performance individuals aligned with our mission to elevate life through pure, powerful nutrition.

Qualifications

  • Experience3+ years in digital marketing with a focus on revenue generation for a DTC wellness or lifestyle brand. Proven success in building and executing growth strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Revenue-Focused MindsetStrong grasp of digital marketing metrics with experience optimizing campaigns to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Copywriting SkillsExpert in creating on-brand, compelling content that drives sales and reflects HI-VIBE’s transformational values.
  • Technical ProficiencySkilled in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred), SMS tools, and social media management.
  • Passion for WellnessDeep interest in holistic health, organic foods, and raw organic juice. Committed to a vibrant lifestyle that aligns with our brand values.
  • Analytical and StrategicStrong analytical abilities to inform campaign decisions and adapt to evolving metrics and customer needs.
