Education Requirements

Primary Responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing positions
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
  • Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates
  • Coordinate and conduct pre-employment screenings and background checks
  • Manage job postings across various platforms
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS)

Onboarding and Employee Relations

  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs
  • Ensure smooth integration of new employees
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
  • Maintain confidential employee records
  • Support performance management processes

Compliance and Administrative Duties

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee documentation
  • Support workplace safety and training initiatives
  • Process new hire paperwork and employment verifications

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with benefits administration
