Brief Overview:

My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Director to lead the strategic growth and brand positioning of their luxury hospitality company. This role will involve overseeing all sales and marketing initiatives, developing and executing high-impact campaigns, and fostering key relationships with clients, partners, and influencers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth, while ensuring an exceptional guest experience and maintaining brand integrity.

Responsibilities

  1. Own and manage budget, forecasting, and delivery of monthly goals including spend, CPA, ROAS, Retention, and LTV.
  2. Build brand awareness and ensure that all communications align with the brand.
  3. Acquire reliable and comprehensive data on sales and customer experience.
  4. Responsibility for the P+L, results, growth strategy and brand identity.
  5. Ownership and management of the brand including reviews, content, social media and forums.
  6. Develop e-commerce accounts/platforms and to give required product sales support to close business successfully.
  7. Overall responsibility of the Marketing strategy.
  8. Manage marketing concepts ensuring they are in line with the company's overall strategy.
  9. Design strategic marketing plans and budgets that align with our growth objectives.
  10. Oversee digital presence, ensuring the strategy is high performing.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in the Luxury market
  2. Background of working with High-Net-Worth individuals.
  3. Highly self-motivated individual who is happy to roll their sleeves up.
  4. Experience in driving revenue in a start-up environment.
