A philanthropic foundation is in search of a Human Resources Manager to join their people team. In this newly-created role, you’ll be responsible for the employee lifecycle as it pertains to both the strategic and administrative side of the employee population. You’ll focus on employee relations, performance and development, onboarding/offboarding, succession planning, salary benchmarking, and beyond.
The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of generalist experience with 2 years spent in a business partnering capacity. Note this opportunity requires you to work a flex schedule of 3 days per week in office.
Desired Experience:
