Our client, a well-established, family-owned business in Stamford, is looking to bring on an Administrative/Clerical Assistant to support their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data into the company's database and maintain data integrity.
  • Enter data into spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • Manage general data entry tasks and assist with filing.
  • Organize and maintain a well-structured filing system, both physical and digital.
  • Scan and upload documents into the digital filing system.
  • Assist in keeping the office coffee station stocked and ready.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the HR Manager and other departments as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with digital filing systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an orderly workspace.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
