The Opportunity
Atraverse Medical is Developing the next generation of left-heart access technologies to streamline procedures and improve patient outcomes.
What You Will Do
The Product Manager, Marketing will be responsible for developing and leading execution of marketing strategies to grow the RF Transseptal business. This individual will focus on the product marketing strategy, driving marketing initiatives and campaigns, and ensure a world class customer experience to deliver growth. This role will require close partnerships with R&D and Sales departments.
Responsibilities
- Product launch support, including digital and print media, advertising and promotion, coordinating with external consultants and creative agencies for implementation.
- Provide on-going field support and will focus on growing market share for Atraverse Medical’s Transseptal products, including launching new products.
- Support launch readiness by developing product inventory timing, marketing programs, and working with communications manager to develop promotional collateral.
- Take a leadership role on project teams to work closely with the project manager to drive accountability and team achievement of goals and milestones.
- Manage creative agencies to plan, develop, and execute new US materials.
- Meeting & Convention planning, including exhibition strategy, and execution.
- Providing sales support, including the creation of collateral & sales enablement tools for successful product launch and adoption.
- Overall branding; company and product, visuals, typeface, etc…
- Collaborate across functions and regions to build alignment by developing messages, claims, resources, and assets that communicate the clinical evidence across multiple channels and with all partners. Channels include website, newsletters, social media and advertising.
- Establish a strong relationship with agency partners and creative designers to ensure high-level creative and technical support aligned to evidence strategy and enterprise brand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field required. Advanced degree (e.g., M.B.A.) is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in Medical Device with consistent track record to learn sophisticated technology and clinical applications.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
- Downstream experience (i.e. product management, sales engagement and campaign) .
- Experience with determining customer needs within medical device markets.
- Willing to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to understand technical and/or scientific information.
- Able to influence and motivate individuals from sales, and other areas to drive a successful product launch.
- Ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Experience supporting a new product launch.
- Experience supporting upstream marketing initiatives.
