The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is currently seeking an Infrastructure Engineer. The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for providing IT Engineering Services to our Cloud and Technology Solutions stack for the Information Technology department. You will assist to mature our Cloud Technology Program and support activities related to development and maintenance of policies, standards, procedures, and controls. Using your infrastructure governance and technologies experience, you will collaborate with the broader Information Technology team and other departments within the Company to advance program maturity.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a technical expert and first point of escalation for daily operational and engineering activities.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues across Windows/MacOS and Cloud based architectures.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across multiple network devices, wireless access points and firewalls.
  • Deploy, manage, and support 3rd party SAAS applications such as Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams).
  • Provide end to end technical support for onboarding and offboarding employees within the organization.
  • Manage users, groups, and computer objects within on-premises and Cloud based Active Directory Services.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Identity and Access management within Azure Active Directory Services.
  • Ensure IT system security baselines are met, and security improvements are implemented across the infrastructure.
  • Coordinate enterprise infrastructure hardware and software installation and upgrades.
  • Participate in system architecture studies of new and existing IT systems to permit development of integrated corporate, distributed, and client server business systems.
  • Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance during normal business hours, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands for this position, which frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Panorama, Meraki Switches, Cisco equipment
  • Proficient with Cloud Based Networking Technologies (VPC, NAT Gateways, Transit Gateways)
  • Experience with Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, DHCP/DNS, Windows Server
  • Extensive experience with infrastructure identity governance technologies such as Mobile Device Management (MDM), Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Single-Sign-On (SSO)
  • Solid technical experience designing and troubleshooting issues pertaining to areas of local and wide area networking, security, e-mail, network circuit and communication technologies
  • Broad understanding of infrastructure hardware and software systems including network, compute, storage, and security for traditional data center as well as cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
  • Experience in identifying, escalating cyber security threats, and working with modern endpoint protection systems
  • Hight Level Proficiency in BGP, OSPF, GRE, IPsec and other routing protocols.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills including the ability to clearly articulate technology strategy recommendations often to those without a technical background and acumen
  • Palo Alto Experience - Required
  • Cloud certifications are a plus
  • Cisco Meraki Experience a Plus
