As the world's first app to use AI to reduce screen time, we are now looking for a Head of UX who can elevate our user experience to the next level.
TasksA Day in the Life of Our Head of UX:
- Wake up excited to revolutionize user interactions.
- Lead and inspire a talented team of designers and UX professionals.
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to continually refine our app.
- Prototype and test new features to ensure seamless user journeys.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on vision and execution.
- Define and perpetually update design guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and consistent user experience.
- Brainstorm and implement creative solutions to improve efficacy in reducing screen time and enhancing user satisfaction.
- Monitor user metrics to track usability, determine pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Zario remains at the forefront of UX design.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance the final product.
- Proven experience as a Head of UX, UX Lead, or similar senior role in UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a history of successful projects and designs that demonstrate a deep understanding of UX principles.
- Expertise in user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Effective communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for reducing screen time and an understanding of the dynamics of phone addiction.
