Job Description:

  • Client is looking for a skilled Senior UX Architect to join our team to help us reimagine how customers onboard, manage, use, and extend their accounts with Client.
  • The Digital Experience and Customer Empowerment (DXC) team at Client seeks to do just that by providing users with easy access to their accounts and products.
  • As part of DXC, you will design simple and seamless digital experiences that help customers succeed. Following our guiding principles and commitments, you will make informed decisions across the entire journey as our customers try, buy, use, and extend Client’s products, making our customers feel understood and their outcomes easy to achieve.
  • You will work with peers from across the company to help understand the demands of our customers, strategically prioritize work, and create meaningful experiences in complex workflows, and deliver impact across multiple business lines.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver a seamless end-to-end personalized platform experience
  • Contribute to & enable the delivery of well thought UX deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, designs, etc.)
  • Drive the information architecture, navigation, and workflow design of our products
  • Ensures a shared understanding of the information architecture and its goals across leadership and organizations
  • Influence the system-level for key Jobs to be Done across products and teams
  • Work within fast deadlines without compromising quality or impact
  • Define actionable strategies by unifying business, technology, and customer priorities
  • Synthesize industry data and research to identify gaps and take proactive measures to inform work
  • Shape solutions through expertise in product/service/platform knowledge
  • Present and defend your work and the work of your team to stakeholders and peers
  • Provide feedback on the work of your fellow designers
  • Understand the business needs and translate those needs into meaningful experiences
  • Focus on the entirety of concepts, envisioning both the short- and long-term paths to success
  • Proactively apply and promote Accessibility best practices and designing for inclusivity


Requirements:

  • 9+ years of related professional user experience design experience
  • Experience designing for both desktop and mobile
  • Strong Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
  • Technical tools: Figma, Mural and More interested in how they think about solving problems.
  • Problem-solving & decision-making skills that keep in mind technical constraints and customer satisfaction
  • Critical thinking skills that allow for creative problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills that distill complex ideas into simple and easy to understand formats
  • Ability to visualize design solutions using a range of tools and formats at various levels of fidelity
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication of designs reinforcing rationale and customer impact
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary design teams including designers, researchers, content, etc.
  • Comprehensive understanding of design thinking best practices and methodologies
  • Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and implementation
  • Education: BS in Design, Information, or similar Degree in Human-computer interaction (HCI), interaction design, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in agile and fast-moving development environment
  • Knowledge of how to effectively utilize a centralized design system
  • Robust knowledge of self-service customer journeys, specifically within subscription models
  • Experience in designing admin functionality, such as order, subscription, and user management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Experience with data and analytics to inform design decisions
