The Global Operations Implementation Manager will support the implementation of new projects by driving the use of workplace tools and training programs into our retail and manufacturing network. Projects will vary, some will include new procedures or standards to more technical projects to help enhance internal capabilities, this will include correct prioritization of these releases, testing and roll out plans. The role will include identifying gaps and providing solution before project is delivered. Finding ways to improve the operations, develop ways to increase effectiveness, balancing profit, with the goal of eliminating complexity for Krispy Kremers.

  • Passionately collaborate and co-create implementation and sustainment strategies.
  • Create implementation plan(s) that support project tracking and communication strategy to support the needs of the business.
  • In partnership with cross functional teams, including operations training team, lead and own the process of operationalizing, continuous improvement, and content creation of many programs including LTOs.
  • Day to day management of projects, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are met for the successful implementation of programs and procedures.
  • Drives decisions through influencing decision makers, while balancing risk and uncertainty across multiple projects and functions.
  • Be curious and adept to asking questions to gain insights, determine root causes and pursue the most aspirational and inclusive solution.
  • Develop and maintain critical KPIs and skills associated to improve performance in shops and factories.
