LHH Recruitment Solution is seeking a Legal Assistant for our valued law firm client in Pittsburgh.  If you have prior experience assisting attorneys in Bankruptcy matters, this position could be an excellent fit for you. Responsibilities:

•         Managing and coordinating attorney schedules and court deadlines.

•         Coordinate logistics for conferences and depositions, including attorney travel arrangements.

•         Transcription of dictation for some attorneys

•         Opening and closing case files, including managing client intake information.

•         Enter attorney billable time through automated systems and ensure accuracy.

•         Preparing monthly client invoices.

•         Maintain paper and electronic files

•         Assist secretarial team with coverage for receptionist or other secretaries.

•         General office management responsibilities which include office supply orders, mail management, equipment and facility repairs and maintenance, etc.


Qualifications:

•         Detail-oriented person with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

•         Experience using PACER to search dockets, party information and downloading proceedings.

•         Experience with state filings and familiarity with various county and prothonotary websites.

•         Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

•         Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.

•         3+ years legal secretarial, paralegal, or similar law firm experience.



Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $62,000.00 per year
