The Residential Monitor position will be responsible for monitoring the activities of residents and ensuring their compliance with program rules and conditions. Additionally, this position ensures the safe custody and accountability of all the clients while maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly facility.

Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent with one year of experience in a related field. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. The ability to demonstrate positive leadership skills and maintain composure during crisis situations is required. Experience in a residential setting is preferred.

Part Time available. Schedules are listed as follows: 1st Shift (7 a.m.-3 p.m.) and 2nd Shift (3 p.m.-11 p.m.)
