The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents at Dresher Hill Health & Rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with daily living activities.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, medication, or treatment plans to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.

Requirements:
