Job Description
Summary: Customer Services position is responsible for answering incoming calls, providing service to patients, physicians clinics, payers and others regarding the status of accounts. Identifying the needs of the calls, inquiries and complaints as well as issues as reported. In this position you will be an integral part of our Revenue Cycle team, directly impacting the entire organization by ensuring goals are met and assigned receivables are addressed appropriately.
Qualifications:
Required Education: N/A
Preferred Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Preferred Experience: 1 + year of previous Professional medical billing experience
