As the Head of Performance Supply Chain & Logistics, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the success of international logistics services within the global supply chain. This role involves managing the inbound international logistics fulfillment network and managing export customer shipments from fulfillment centers to global customers, ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence, and continuous improvement. You will be instrumental in developing strategies, systems, and partnerships to enhance service performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:- Overseeing the eCommerce logistics network set up & operation in the US, including (but not limited to) import clearance, courier delivery, fulfilment warehouse, reverse logistics, and reverse warehouse- Responsible for end-to-end logistics performance from paid until delivered in different logistics mode- Building and managing key strategic relationships with Key Sellers, 3PLs and Logistics Providers - As the owner of SOPs, you will be responsible for operational performance indicators (KPIs), uncovering the root cause of issues, developing and delivering solutions to successfully impact the business, providing interim/short-term solutions for the business while long-term solutions are being enacted, and driving results until change deployment- Conduct market and industry research and develop operation plans to address issues and hedge risks caused by market or policy changes, if needed - Manage day-to-day operations while maintaining a track record of high performance and team improvementQualifications- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with engineering, science, logistics transportation, operation management background- At least 8+ years of working experience in e-commerce logistics, experience in E-commerce platform is a plus- Solid working experience and relationship in 3PL management, preferably with couriers in the US- Excellent understanding across multiple segments of eCommerce logistics operation, including (but not limited to) data integration, first-mile pickup, parcel sorting, line-haul, courier delivery, return process, and import clearance- Fair understanding of eCommerce marketplace operation and governance policy- Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignment- Self-motivated and results driven, analytical and data drivenTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
