Our long-term goal is to help businesses grow on our platform by enhancing our platform capability, nurturing best-in-class commercial content. Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end process from design to launch, build products to promote commerce performance optimization and increase revenue from internal and external sources.- Lead the team to be responsible for the overall planning of the commerce platform, propose corresponding solutions through in-depth data analysis of different business scenarios, and be responsible for the revenue outcomes.- Build a team with passion and energy.- Good collaboration skills to work with multi-function teams from international backgrounds on a daily basis.Qualifications- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics preferred.- Experience in defining vision, strategy, roadmap and taking one or more products through the software development lifecycle from conception to launch.- Understanding of Commerce ecosystems preferably in one of the areas such as Creator and Affiliate ecosystems, Seller / Merchant experiences, Operations products, Promotions tools, User Growth and Experiences, and more.- Comfortable working with highly technical teams and driving impact with diverse global teams.- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Preferred Qualifications- MBA- Experience as a strategy consultant in global strategy consulting firm- Bachelor degree in technical or science (e.g. computer science, math, physics, ...)- 7 years of product management experience or 4+ years of Leadership experience at fast-growing companies.---TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
