Adobe’s Digital Experience suite is one of Adobe's fastest-growing businesses and the Sales Director, Adobe Federal Government will lead sales and key strategy for Adobe’s Federal Government business in the Americas. In this role, you will lead a team of 3 Front Line Managers and 25+ individual contributors. This leader is amentor as well as a coach and is a true evangelist for the needs of the business.What You’ll DoDrive revenue for Adobe Digital Experience business in select US Federal Government accounts and territoriesDeliver performance against goals consistently and predictablyManage managers and individual contributors with passion and disciplineBuild strong, lasting relationships with clients and partnersTrack, monitor, and accurately forecast business across the territoryImprove overall customer satisfaction in assigned accountsWhat You Need to Succeed10+ years managing high-performance teams servicing government accountsProven self-starter mentality with a specific plan to “own” your businessDedication to personal responsibility and expectation of performancePassion, energy, great attitude, and a proven plan for building and running successful sales teamsEmpathy and high EQ to do it the “right” waySuccess in selling solution-based SaaS offeringsSuperior customer-facing attributes both internally and externallyMust have strong interpersonal skills and ability to "win people over"Work successfully in a team environment, collaborating closely with all other organizations within Adobe including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Support, etc.Industry experience working with DOD, National Security, Civilian and CanadaPossess a strong understanding and network of industry leaders with a focus on Federal U.S and Canadian GovtUnderstanding of, and experience with government procurement processes and complianceAct as an industry lead within government marketsDevelop and execute strategic territory and account planningExperience creating and executing Go to Market sales initiatives with key Systems integrators and partners.Servant Leadership approach with a focus on people development and coaching.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $330,000 -- $531,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
