In addition, the team prioritizes and supports customer-facing HPE products and their vast number of use cases. The team makes data-driven decisions while delving into rich data and metrics and collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, user experience, documentation, program management, and marketing teams, to drive the platform functionality from concept to customer adoption.The HPE GreenLake Cloud Platform team is looking for a seasoned product manager passionate about creating amazing partner experiences on the platform. HPE GreenLake’s mission is to bring the cloud experience everywhere: to the edge, the data center, or a colocation facility. Getting there takes more than building great individual as-a-Service offerings to run customers’ workloads. It takes attention to the customer’s journey from trials to onboarding to consuming services, billing, and upgrading.What you'll do:The Sr. Product Manager will work with teams from various functions but primarily with the ones leading partner strategy within HPE to create a GreenLake Cloud Platform’s partner customer experience across this lifecycle. You’ll exemplify the HPE beliefs of Courage Over Comfort and Push for Better, not accepting that something that worked for years is good enough to move HPE GreenLake forward.Your work will help shape the partner experience delivered in the new HPE GreenLake Cloud platform and beyond. You will play a broad role, including both inbound tasks (defining strategic requirements, working with BU product managers to design features, prioritizing roadmap items, etc.) and outbound ones (creating marketing collateral, socializing product vision, enabling go-to-market teams, and the like).Independently leads and drives the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for the partner strategy and enablement on the GreenLake Cloud Platform.Develop a true partner persona-based experience for the channel (Tier1/2 Distributors, Resellers), Managed Service Provider (MSP), Service Providers, Global System Integrators, and ISV partners. Work with the partner community within and outside HPE and channel leaders to gather requirements and work with UX and Engineering teams to drive it forward.Build a GreenLake Cloud Platform Partner Marketplace for VARS, SI, and ISV to seamlessly integrate their products and services.Integrate GreenLake products and services into the Partner Marketplace and link the Partner marketplace to our cloud platform.Develop an API-driven approach for partner billing/invoicing, ordering/quoting, and other facets of the quote-to-cash lifecycle.Builds and delivers the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case to bring innovative and disruptive products to market for a product portfolio for the whole HPE product portfolio.Own product roadmap and manage the backlog through constant prioritization. Manage product management requirements coming from various cross-functional teamsHave a strong bias for action, outcome-based approach, and move quickly after seeking alignment across stakeholdersWrite Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and participate in technical design discussions that will impact Platform capabilities.Communicate goals, plans, challenges, and progress to all stakeholders. This must be done regularly, clearly, and proactively.Creates and drives goal alignment and collaborates across one or more products' value chain partners to optimize margins and enable the success of products per plans across the product lifecycle.
