Join us and grow your career as you help Abbott shape the future of healthcare.THIS POSITION WORKS ONSITE OUT OF OUR ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA LOCATION IFOR LINGO.The Brand and Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing and developing brand strategies and partnerships, driving brand growth, building brand resonance and increasing market presence with a consistent brand voice and message across all channels.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESBrand strategy: Develop and implement effective brand strategies that clearly articulate and communicate Lingo’s unique value proposition, increase brand awareness and drive growth.Brand campaign and activation: Work with external agencies and internal creative teams to develop effective, cut-through 360 brand campaigns and activations to educate our target market, build awareness of Lingo as the authority in our space with high credibility.Brand building: Ensure that Lingo’s marketing initiatives build the brand, drive the narrative and increase Lingo’s cultural relevance.Brand partnerships: Develop and implement a strategic plan for brand partnerships, aligning with Lingo’s overall marketing and business objectives.Collaboration: Influence and collaborate across cross functional teams to activate initiatives and deliver a consistent brand experience to consumersAnalytics: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and refine strategies based on data-driven insights to continually improve brand performance.Budget: Develop and manage the budget, ensuring maximum ROICommunicate brand strategies and performance to internal stakeholders and external partnersStay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.          Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Brand Partnerships Manager, or similar role, preferably with a minimum of 5 years in the field.Strong analytical, leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Excellence in brand strategy development and execution.Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Customer obsessed in everything you do.             Preferred QualificationsA Master's degree is a plus.Apply Now* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
