Join usResponsibilities:- Develop supply objectives and plans for the Shopping Center(Shoptab), including conducting market research, internal supply analysis, and competitive landscape research to determine supply goals for the Shopping Center.- Develop supply strategies and execution plans for the Shopping Center including category strategies, competitiveness strategies, diversity strategies, etc., to enhance product supply volume and competitiveness.- Identify product traffic and tool requirements based on merchant operations and product growth needs, manage Shopping Center resources, and work with PM team building merchant tools to improve operational efficiency for merchants on the marketplace.Qualifications- 5+ years experience of strategic and analytical or/and product experience at ecommerce companies. Prior experience in the supply domain is preferred.- Excellent analytical skills and ecommerce problem-solving capabilities. Experience in category analysis, market research, product competitiveness and traffic allocation.- Strong data-driven abilities.- Strong communication skills and can effectively handle cross-functional collaboration.- Strong ownership mentality and desire to work closely with supply teams - take proactive initiative to identify business challenges, analyze problems, and autonomously develop and implement innovative solutions; demonstrate motivated self-starter attitude focused on continuous improvement.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
