Join us.About the teamWe are seeking a senior product leader to join our US TikTok Shopping customer User Growth team. The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users/customers WW. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of TikTok Shop.Responsibilities- Working for the user growth of TikTok Shop (E-commerce business), you will design and execute scalable growth strategies worldwide while focusing on peculiarities.- Define and improve key customer engagement metrics, including conversion rates, engagement rates, Return on Investments, Subsidy Rates, Cart Build, etc.- Develop from 0-1 and create the roadmap for TikTok Shops (U.S.) shipping subsidy programs.- Use customer and operational insights to innovate shopping experiences, engaging and retaining customers while striving to promote the business and grow customer satisfaction.- Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success while managing and communicating budgets effectively.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, economics, supply chain, or a related field.- Experience with team management and independently responsible for core business metrics.- Strategic and logical thinker with effective planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.- Passionate about understanding user demands from different cultural backgrounds. - Excellent communication skills and can work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications- Masters Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or a related field. - 5+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or operations in a technology company.- Experience with subscription and/or loyalty programs is a plus.- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
