Manages digital marketing tactics and the creative development for online campaigns and websites from inception through post-campaign analysis and summary report. Employs strong organizational and sales-driven creative skills. Drives online sales, revenue and operating efficiencies in customer acquisition and migration for cable TV, Internet and home phone services. Works closely with internal departments and external agencies to uphold offer and target strategies and promote marketing throughout the organization.Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceManages digital creative development for online campaignsManages websites from inception through post-campaign analysis and summary reportDrives online sales, revenue and operating efficiencies in customer acquisition and migration for Charter products and servicesCoordinates with internal teams and external agencies to target, translate and uphold marketing strategies into effective creativity for online campaigns and promote marketing throughout the organizationUpholds the Charter brand in all online mediums including marketing tactics, company website pages and external sales partner websitesSyncs with online team partners for sales and conversion metrics to better improve online sales and customer experienceIntegrates closely with Media (corporate and field) on performance across key metricsCoordinates with internal strategy teams on identifying segments and proper messaging unique to the online spaceManages agency relationships for integrating social media into marketing campaigns as well as creating Facebook specific campaigns, sweepstakes, contests and promotionsEmploys strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to set and meet deadline for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in deliverablesDevelops, maintains and communicates online campaign calendars for all targets, products, offers and geographic areas; manage change control and creative versionsPartners with relevant business functions, the field and external vendors to determine targets and schedulesStrategizes and implements applicable tests; analyze campaign performance across key metrics and ensure flawless executionActs as a Digital Marketing Brand and Creative liaison at cross departmental meetingsRequired Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to embody creative best practices and visionary thinking to uniquely solve marketing challengesAbility to manage all phases of a large project from beginning to end autonomouslyAbility to work independently and make recommendations and decisions autonomouslyAbility to conduct formal presentations to all levels of management on issues and findings in assigned areas or subjectsAbility to pay attention to detail, balanced with ability to think strategicallyKnowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and ability to integrate them in direct response campaignsKnowledge of online buy-sites, user interfaces and experiencesExtensive knowledge of Social Media platformsEffective organizational and sales-driven creative skillsAbility to understand most efficient use of resources and timing to maximize value of all campaignsDetailed understanding of offers and offer strategyDemonstrated ability to work independently and be proactiveAbility to understand company goals and strategyAbility to leverage best practices for digital creativityKnowledge of Microsoft office including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of Adobe Design Standard including Illustrator, InDesign and PhotoshopRequired EducationBachelor’s in marketing, business, communications or related fieldRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsMarketing creative development experience (online campaigns and websites) - 5+Marketing project management experience - 3+Preferred Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeExisting knowledge or ability of Charter products and servicesAbility to understand Charter’s brand and voicePreferred Related Work Experience and Number of YearsIndustry experience in consumer technology or related industries - 3+Experience with Adobe Design Standard including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop - 3+Agency experience - 1+Management or leadership experience - 2+ MPD505 2024-28859 2024 Here, employees don’t just have jobs, they build careers.
