Duties
• You will conduct a variety of investigative and analytical studies to gather performance data in order to evaluate various departmental programs and ensure effective coordination and compliance with established program requirements.
• You will analyze, validate, and identify ways to improve function and activities associated with quality assurance data collection.
• You will identify trends and indicators of noncompliance or problem areas to determine the effectiveness of processes and make recommendations on appropriate actions for resolution.
• You will instruct and advise all levels of employees and management of program requirements.
• You will prepare and issue weekly, quarterly, and annual assessment reports for all established programs

• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty
Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
• You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators, and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
• Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g
fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals)
You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
• This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements
Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites
You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination
Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
• Experience applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques in order to conduct studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of the Production Control Center.
• Experience conducting surveillances and gathering data on department processes, operations, equipment, and safety and work practices to ensure compliance with established program requirements.
• Experience analyzing and developing recommendations for improvement in program operations and objectives.
• Experience using computer software to develop reports, charts, graphs, and spreadsheets required for presentations

Education SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: Applicants may substitute the following education for the required experience, provided it demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the position: GS-11: Ph.D
or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.M., if related
COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be used to meet the total qualification requirements
