This position requires a dynamic leader skilled in OTC and dietary supplement sales, with a strong network in the broker community across various channels such as Food, Drug, Mass, and Club, and an aptitude for integrating commercial planning processes.Roles & Responsibilities: Integrated Commercial Planning Leadership:   - Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies in line with the company's vision and growth goals.   - Promote cross-functional collaboration, ensuring sales strategies are well-integrated with marketing, finance, supply chain, and HR functions.Broker Network Utilization:   - Utilize an extensive network or in-depth knowledge of brokers to expand presence across diverse channels, including Food, Drug, Mass, and Club.   - Build and maintain robust relationships with key brokers to align with company objectives and market trends.Internal Collaboration:   - Partner closely with Marketing to create synergistic strategies for product positioning and customer reach.   - Collaborate with Finance for precise budgeting and forecasting, Supply for operational efficiency, and HR for team development and organizational growth.Growth in Probiotic and Digestive Category:   - Propel high growth in the probiotic and digestive health categories through innovative sales strategies and acute market understanding.   - Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth and expansion opportunities.Expertise in OTC and Dietary Supplements:   - Apply comprehensive knowledge of OTC and dietary supplement sales to develop effective strategies.   - Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry developments for compliance and competitive edge.Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.- 15+ years of strategic sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, OTC, or dietary supplement industry.- Proven track record in leading high-performance sales teams and driving significant growth.- Extensive network and knowledge in broker management across various retail channels.- Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.BIOCODEX USATake up the challenge and send your applicationSummaryLocation: New Jersey - USType: Full time
