Summary:As a Manager of Sales Development, you will lead, coach, and motivate a team to create quality prospect appointments and sales-ready leads for our senior sales representatives. A vital member of the sales leadership team, you’ll be working closely with our marketing and data research functions to shape and deliver on the regional strategy for prospect generation.Relocation can be considered for the right candidate.Job Duties:   Oversee the US Business Development team’s day-to-day activities; Support the assignment of prospects and leads within the BD team; Supervise the lead generation process, provide coaching, drive KPI-based activities, and ensure that any issues are resolved efficiently; Participate in the recruitment, orientation, training, and set up of new hires in the team; Work closely with internal business units to improve service delivery and workflow; Liaise with management to ensure alignment; Drive adoption and efficient use of our sales enablement technologies;Able to lead by example, producing your own prospect appointments and sales-ready leads;Ad-hoc duties as assigned.Requirements:Degree/ Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field 2+ years of inside and/or outside sales leadership experienceKnowledge of the financial markets will be a plus, along with payment process understanding (training will be given) Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce.com), and sales-enablement technologies Demonstrated level of managing sales pipeline during the interview process Exception interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsStrong leadership skills; organizational and administrative skills.This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure.
