Responsibilities: - [Compliance solution management] Partner with business, legal, and other stakeholder teams in the different regions to drive compliance and risk management solutions for the emerging markets.- [Risk management] Assess compliance and risk issues, identify and execute opportunities to reduce risk, review and manage program changes, and own regular reporting to key stakeholders.- [License management] Complete license research, applications for new licenses and license renewals in the various regions. Gatekeeper for all documentation related to entity licenses. - [Process management] Propose innovative approaches and strategies throughout the business life-cycle, and monitor and improve existing compliance frameworks across regions. - [Progam management] Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations.- [Resource management] Partner with teams across the business to source, allocate, and coordinate resources. Partner with internal/external teams, and engineering teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority order.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems Management, or relevant fields.- 5 years of experience working in the logistics and supply chain industry, compliance or corporate legal related field.- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
