Clayton Services is searching for a Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representative to join a thriving company in North Houston. The Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representative will be responsible for being the liaison between the company's current and potential customers to resolve issues, complaints, and inquiries.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $15.00-$17.00/hour

Benefits: Excellent benefits are available after the successful completion of the temporary period

Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow scripts when handling various topics
  • Identify customers needs, information, and research issues to provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Upsell products when presented with the opportunity
  • Build relations and engage customers by exceeding their expectations
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of all conversations in the database
  • Attend training to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet and exceed goals

Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representative Skills and Abilities:


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Adaptable and flexible team player willing to go the extra mile
  • Computer proficiency

Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representative Education and Experience:


  • 1-2 years in a customer support/call center role is highly preferred
  • Experience meeting or exceeding quotas highly desired
  • Experience working with a CRM system is highly desired
  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
