As part of the Digital Enablement Center of Excellence, the Agency Enablement Team is charged with empowering Healthcare Agency partners with tools and resources to successfully partner with their clients. We are focused on enabling our Agency clients with advanced insights, tools, and analytics to help create and deliver effective campaigns for their clients. Utilizing advanced healthcare data and artificial intelligence to deliver insights that help agencies understand their client's market, segment audience, and personalize campaigns. We also offer the tools to activate those insights across multiple channels and platforms, and the analytics to track performance and ROI. As part of the Agency Enablement Team, you can be confident that you are enabling your clients to make the most of their healthcare advertising budgets and improve health outcomes.

Essential Functions:
  • Developing and cultivating a vibrant network of healthcare advertising agency decision makers
  • Identifying new sales opportunities through industry expertise, market research and engaging closely with key stakeholders
  • Driving leads from qualification to close in a rapidly growing and competitive market
  • Sharing motivating sales presentations and demos, and be able to compellingly explain Lasso's unique platform capabilities and overall value proposition
  • Growing and developing our sales team with inventive strategies, thought leadership, and collaborative staff development
  • Identifying opportunities for product development in anticipation of new client needs
  • Becoming an expert on industry use cases and technical needs, and be able to speak to IQVIA as a market solution
  • Communicating buying strategies, testing and outcomes, and new opportunities through strong storytelling and data-driven analysis
  • Leveraging your expertise to improve best practice documentation and client facing articles
  • Escalating client feedback to product and engineering teams to ensure our clients are truly heard

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 6+ years of digital media/ad tech sales experience
  • Deep understanding of the digital media buying ecosystem (programmatic, social, email, etc)
  • Proven track record of success in platform sales and team management
  • Ability to foster new relationships that lead to engagements and collaboration
  • Proficiency in breaking down complex technical problems into business solutions
  • Proficiency in tracking trends and patterns in the healthcare advertising space and developing strategies to drive better patient outcomes
  • Strong presentation and networking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams
  • Passion for working in a space that sits at the intersection of healthcare and technology
  • Knowledge of agency media planning process, including how programmatic fits alongside social, email and TV
  • Knowledge of paid search and other emerging media channels
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, DSPs, SSPs etc.)

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $108,500.00 - $184,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
