Registrar Corp is actively seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to play a pivotal role in building and executing sales enablement programs to optimize our sales process and success across the world.
In this role, you will work with the sales leadership team to define the priorities for our content strategy, parameters for driving business results, and create and facilitate solutions in accordance to the sales plan. We're looking for a strong communicator who excels at simplifying the complex to develop and deliver the training content, curriculum and programs that enable our sales teams across the globe to be successful in their jobs.

In this role you will:
Collaborate with relevant teams (Marketing, Product, Sales Management, HR, etc.) to create and facilitate internal training courses/programs targeting product training, sales process and consultative selling, sales effectiveness, presentation skills, phone selling skills, etc. that align with sales strategies to drive sales outcomes, including decreasing new hire ramp time, increasing product proficiency, and increasing team productivity rates.
Analyze performance data to identify and address knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
Conduct ongoing skill development sessions for the existing sales team, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, etc
Create and manage short- and long-term sales enablement roadmaps
Experience/Education:
At least 5 years of experience in sales enablement, learning, or development, preferably in a SaaS environment
Prior success as an Account Executive/Manager working directly with prospects preferred
Deep knowledge of sales activities, principles and processes; ability to identify, implement and analyze sales training needs
Extensive knowledge of adult and sustained learning curriculum principles
Proven experience creating and facilitating new enablement curriculum and collateral for instructor-led, eLearning learning, and self-directed learning modules using an LMS
Ability to create and track metrics which demonstrate constant increases in sales productivity
Navigating and thriving within a remote work environment, demonstrating a proven track record of effectively managing tasks, projects, and collaborations in a virtual setting
Regulatory, compliance, or government agency industry experience a plus
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably in related field (Sales, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education)
