Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Portal Payments Product Manager within RBC Capital Markets US Cash Management team will be responsible for product management, development efforts and working closely with the squad on delivering the payments experience on the portal.What will you do?Partners closely with other product groups such as strategy, design and go to market to drive forward product areasDefines and drives a vision for Cash Management payments products on the portal that meaningfully impacts client experience and business growthActs as the voice of the user in product design, gathering direct feedback from customers on our future portal experience for paymentsEffectively manages and communicate product vision, strategy, measurement/reporting, prioritization and backlogLeads Portal Payments product development collaborating with an engineering scrum teamPartners closely with cross-functional stakeholder teams; core payments, fraud, risk, compliance, sales, and GTM to effectively drive forward and support the digital payments experience.What do you need to succeed?Experience managing digital, fintech and SaaS products; Demonstrated experience working with payments on a banking portal and delivering seamless digital experiencesStrong stakeholder management; experience navigating difficult situations, negotiating timelines, and influencing internal and external stakeholdersPayments expertise - excited about getting into the details and equally excited about the end to end user experienceExcellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; A "can do" attitude; be able to adjust quickly to changes; Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resourcesMust be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidanceStrong understanding of Corporate Banking and/or Transaction BankingDigital Payments, B2B Payments, ACH, RTP, CheckWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
