Simply the Best Pest Control is Seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Clinton, New Jersey
We are looking for a competitive and well-accomplished Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Our Inside Sales Representative plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities for our Inside Sales Representative:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects within an assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
Required Skills for our Inside Sales Representative:
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Pest Routes, Real Green, or a similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
We offer a competitive compensation package including a generous hourly wage plus commissions for sales of recurring and one-time services. Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k) retirement savings, paid holidays, sick days, and PTO.
Compensation details: 50000-75000 Yearly Salary
