*Liquid Process Equipment (LPE)* distributes sanitary process equipment for the food beverage, personal care, and beverage industries. LPE, headquartered in Eagle, WI, represents industry leaders in fluid handling technology. We can service all supplied equipment through our 50,000-square-foot rebuild and service facility in Kaukauna, WI. LPE has been in business for over 20 years and was started by professionals who know the business. With well over 100 years of combined experience in the industry, our team includes 5 fluid systems engineers, alongside our dedicated sales force, who come together to provide you with the responsiveness, knowledge, and experience that is expected in today’s marketplace.

Liquid Process Equipment is a subsidiary of Holland Applied Technologies. Founded in 1903, Holland provides a broad array of products and services to the hygienic process industry including sanitary process components, custom sanitary components and sanitary/high purity process skids and modules. Holland markets served include the biotech, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, personal care products and other high purity industries

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. This is a great opportunity to be part of our continued growth journey and to be a contributor to our overall success

*Job Responsibilities:*
* Provides technical support to LPE’s customers and outside sales team.
* Responds to and processes quote requests from our outside sales team and customers directly.
* Understands and masters LPE’s ERP system (M2M) to best support the business.
* Reviews margins through the quoting process in line with company targets and guidelines.
* Analyzes and review customer specifications both from a technical and industrial perspective to support product selection and specification.
* Works directly with outside sales representatives and end customers.
* Generates pricing quotations on behalf of customers for parts supplied by LPE’s key vendors and our in-house value-add capabilities.
* Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
* Handles inbound customer requests through phone calls and emails.
* Develops relationships with key customers thru the collaboration with LPE’s outside sales team and other members of the customer support team.
* Order Management – including date acknowledgments, handling expedite requests and updating ship dates in LPE’s ERP system.
* Collecting information to set up new accounts in LPE’s ERP system.
* Attends company and factory training sessions as required.
* Outbound customer calls for lead generation and prospecting
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

* Ability to support 2D and 3d CAD Modeling.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize accordingly.
* Ability to develop thorough understanding of primary product offerings.

*Education and Experience:*
* Four Year Degree in Engineering, Business or Related Field
