If you’re interested in a rewarding career working on ENR’s #1 ranked Program Management and Construction Management-for-Fee firm, then Jacobs is where you belong.Our DD (Digital Delivery) team in New York City, NY, is looking for a collaborative Digital Delivery Project Manager to plan, configure, implement, and support digital delivery and BIM needs on projects. Reporting to local and regional Digital Delivery Leadership, you’ll manage small to large complex programs with stringent BIM and VDC requirements. You’ll share ongoing work, innovations, and expertise supporting the larger organizational need for innovation and process transformation. This is a hybrid role; 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Your role keeps our company connected and we’ll support you with what you need to be successful.As a Digital Delivery Project Manager, be prepared to:Oversee the implementation of BIM on new projectsAssist with or take ownership for writing the BIM Execution Plan and defining the BIM scopeImplement company and client BIM Standards on projectsAssist project teams with setup/utilization of BIM, Revit, Navisworks and 3D Modeling SoftwarePerform some QA/QC on design and construction modelsMaintain integrated BIM, run clash detection reports and maintain issues logWork with a Space Coordinator to ensure designers are producing clash-free designsParticipate in Design Review and Clash Resolution meetingsWork closely with and ability to represent the PM at high-profile meetingsQualificationsAssociates or Bachelor degree in Science, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management3 years Digital Delivery (BIM/VDC) experience leveraging and managing technology in facility design and constructionExperience serving as the BIM Lead for projectsAbility to troubleshoot software issues and anticipate, identify and resolve problems in a timely manner with a positive solution-based approachProficiency with Navisworks Manage, including the ability to setup clash reports, rules and selection setsProficiency with at least one of the following: Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP or Civil 3DProficiency with editing software (Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel) and visualization software (Adobe Suite and Rendering plug-ins such as Enscape)Experience creating client crash reports and other deliverables in ExcelIdeally, You Will Also Have:Experience developing technical information and presentation material for response to RFPUnderstanding of project workflows from design, estimation, fabrication, construction documentation, administration, and coordinationKnowledge of APIs and Design, Analysis, and Visual Programming tools like Dynamo, Grasshopper, etc.Willingness to research and stay current on BIM related software, technologies & provide BIM and software training as neededExperience participating in user group meetings for BIM related softwareJacobs health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.
