**Director, Digital Delivery** Franklin Lakes **Job Description Summary** The Director, Digital Delivery is a critical member of the Digital Delivery Team within the Corporate Digital Accelerator Team. This role is primarily accountable for driving omnichannel excellence at a Region and Business Unit level by accelerating our digital capabilities and delivering growth through prioritized omni-channel experiences.**Job Description** * Working with assigned Region and Business Unit(s) * Serves as architect to lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integrated best-in-class omni-channel solutions * Partners with TGS Business Partner on technology solution requirements in alignment with the integrated technology roadmap * Define the set of capabilities, roles & responsibilities, processes, and technology required to drive delivery efforts: ongoing management and optimization of marketing channels, including pre-campaign analysis and planning, campaign management, testing, post-campaign strategy and recommendations for future and continuous optimization. * Manages the project ideation, gathering the high- level business requirements, defining the detailed requirements and process into stories and roadmaps to accelerate achievement of growth imperatives. * Plans and estimates delivery work with an Agile approach, focusing on business justification, funding, scope, timelines, project milestones, resource planning (both on-shore and off-shore), risk identification and mitigation planning * Identify best practices (competitive and B2B at large) in omni-channel marketing. * Working with the Digital Accelerator Team and other Corporate Marketing teams * Execution engine and scaling, roadmap development: Develop capabilities around the BD organization through training, sharing of best practices; including playbooks, e.g. lead generation excellence (from lead origination to nurturing to expansion, etc.), and KPIs / metrics to measure, to road-test new digital ways of working & processes * Interpret quantitative and qualitative insights from a variety of sources

Marcom Intelligence, Analytics, Customer Insights

and implements those best practices and fact-based insights into our digital marketing strategies. * Establishes targeting specific goals and KPIs, measuring performance and attribution across digital channels, marketing automation, CRM, and ERP (e.g. Adobe/Marketo, Salesforce, and SAP). * Contributes to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, business development tools, and growing our resources * Collaborates with DDA and Data Strategy teams to understand current technologies and roadmap of emerging behaviors, technologies in the market.
