Paragon Implant Mfg. is a start-up dental implant manufacturer in Calabasas, CA founded by Dr. Gerald Niznick, a pioneer of Dental Implantology. Under the direction of Dr. Niznick, our team will develop and manufacture new dental implant systems and components with superior quality, utilizing state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and processes, together with a talented workforce. We welcome qualified and enthusiastic people and are currently seeking an Entry level data entry role to support the creation of the customer database for the business.

Primary Functions:
- Gather data via outbound calls and internet searches following written work instructions/procedures.
- Assist customer experience/relations leaders in developing requirements for future use cases.
- Assist team in getting current deliverables in a timely manner.
- Develop, or update existing, training materials and support the team to deliver training to end-users.
- Design, develop, and implement both one-time and continuous production data analysis processes that include use of different algorithms and analytical techniques like clustering, time series, regression, and association logic implemented, using different statistical and data mining tools like Customer Relation Management (CRM) and an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience & Competencies
Required:
- Ability to enter data accurately.
- Work in an outbound Call Center environment.
- Strong communication skills in regard to speaking with customers, and when providing timely updates to management.
- Detailed oriented.
- Comfortable making cold calls.
- Polite demeanor when speaking on the phone.
- In depth practical knowledge of using different statistical data mining techniques like association, regression, time series, market basket, clustering etc., using Predictive Analytics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, in which ad-hoc analysis is as important is long term operationalizing of reporting.
- Strong background in data entry with experience in data cleansing.
- Experience with data warehouse management and Microsoft office tools.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 platform/software.
- Experience with Customer Relation Management (CRM) software system such as HubSpot, salesforce, or similar.
- Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) such as Syteline.
Preferred:
- Background in statistics, data entry with a focus on big data machine learning algorithms for identifying complex data patterns (clustering, regression, association rules).
The position will be based out of Valencia, California. Candidates local to Calabasas and surrounding areas preferred.
Physical Requirements / Abilities
- Ability to sit at a workstation for long periods of time.
- Ability to hear and speak.
- Ability to use a computer and keyboard.
- Ability to work effectively in a quiet to moderate noise-level environment.
Travel:
- No travel involved.
To be able to reliably commute to Valencia California.

Compensation details: 19-22 Hourly Wage
