In this role, you will be the point of contact for our Incentive Events Cloud team. You will partner closely with leadership, communications, finance, and external partners to drive the various events globally.As a point of contact, you will plan and execute the events across regions and help deliver the best experience for the top performers of our Google Cloud Go-to-Market globally.You will help the program in leverage execution and program/event management skills to come up with new innovative ideas and drive sustainable results with the goal to deliver an unforgettable event experience.Google Cloud accelerates organizations’ ability to digitally transform their business with the best infrastructure, platform, industry solutions and expertise. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategy for Google Cloud's incentive events, with a focus on the annual Cloud team event.Be the end-to-end project manager for the program, responsible for all aspects of planning, execution, and reporting (i.e., budgeting, location selection, expense tracking, agency management, on-site planning).Secure stakeholder approval for event proposals and budgets, and provide executive updates on progress.Oversee the annual award process from start to finish, including managing stakeholders, embedding awards into communications, and continuously improving the process.Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure that they deliver on agreed timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
