PSMs support a group of sales teams in driving opportunities through the use of Google partners. With sales field/alliances experience and expertise, you will use your influencing, consulting, sales management and sales execution skills to bring a high degree of internal aptitude and discipline to your team, including the execution of jointly accountable business plans with our global Partners. You will manage channel and direct agreement forecast accountability for all customer-facing BI opportunities in our International markets.Looker is a unified platform that powers data experiences and delivers actionable business insights to employees at the point of decision. Looker integrates data into the daily workflows of users to allow organizations to extract value from data at web-scale.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$232,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Create and execute a global channel business strategy in partnership with global and regional stakeholders from Partner and Product organizations. Recruit, retain, and manage a team of high-performing Sales Specialists and PSM’s, coaching them through identifying the right Google partner for each opportunity from the portfolio of partners managed by Google.Drive the weekly forecast rhythm for the Global BI business, and driving demand generation activities with partners through events and campaigns through an industry focused plan in coordination with partner marketing.Manage relationships with sales managers across the globe, forging connectivity between the Partner Sales Team and the Direct Sales Teams and participating in leadership conversations directly and through mandatory reporting requirements.Manage the team-level commitments to driving forecast accuracy, and attach in Salesforce and attribution for consumption.
