Learn more at .What is the role?Solutions Consultants drive customer outcomes by partnering with clients during the pre-salesprocess to bridge the gap between AiDash solutions and client needs. They ensure our solutionsand customer engagement approaches perfectly align with what's needed ultimately leading toprospective customers choosing to partner with AiDash to achieve their goals. They do this by:•Consulting with prospects and customers to understand their business objectives anddetermine how our products and analytics can deliver value at scale, in terms of costsavings, efficiency improvements, and other key business metrics.•Leading solutioning workshops to collaborate with clients on how our solutions could beconfigured to meet their business objectives.•Leading change management workshops to help prospects and customers navigate theprocess of adopting their current processes to the future state with our solutions.•Creating and presenting tailored customer-facing material such as slides, demos, andbusiness cases showcasing how our solutions address specific pain points and deliverROI.•Providing technical expertise throughout the pre-sales cycle such as answering technicalquestions with support for the product team.•Developing and maintain deep knowledge of our platform, integrations, and competitivelandscape.•Partnering with the Product team to feedback what you are hearing from customers intothe product roadmap.•Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.•Traveling 20% - 30% of the time.What are we are looking for?Competencies•Consultative approach to understand customer’s business, goals, and challenges and howto partner with them to use our technology to achieve their business outcomes.•Solutions-oriented problem solver who gravitates towards the “art of what is possible”even in ambiguous situations.•Excellent customer empathy and communication skills that allow you to translatetechnical concepts into inspiring stories and explanations.•Proficient technically allowing you to configure tailored demos and discuss integrationrequirements, as examples.•Agility to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.Behaviors•High ownership, low ego.•Strong team player, comfortable working with cross-functional internal and externalteams.•Self-motivation that propels you to persevere when faced with adversity.•High curiosity that enables you to learn quickly.•Coachable so that you are continuously upleveling your skills.Experience•3 - 6 years of work experience in management consulting / digital product consulting /analytic domain.•At least 2 years in a customer facing role.•MBA preferred, but not required.•Utility industry experience preferred, but not required.What we offer you•Opportunity to work at the cutting edge of technology and apply it to make a positiveimpact on society.•Competitive compensation with equity.•Comprehensive benefits.•Remote first with flexible schedule.•Work hard play hard culture that values inclusion and the fostering the best ideas fromdiverse points of view.Candidate must be located on the West Coast or Midwest and near a major airport as this person will be supporting our US customers as well as Australia and New Zealand customers.
