Whatfix has raised $140 million to date and is backed by marquee investors including Softbank, Sequoia, Dragoneer, and Cisco Investments. “Hustle Mode ON” is the motto we live by.About the RoleWe are looking for a stellar Senior Solutions Consultant to help grow Whatfix.The Sr. Solutions Consultant will be an expert in the Whatfix product from demo through Proof of Concept and will assist Sales in presenting the value proposition and benefits of the Whatfix solution to prospects and customers. Ability and proven track record of evangelizing products to prospects, customers, and partners via presentations and product demos.This role requires working onsite at our San Jose office three days a week. The daily working hours for this role begin at 6:30 am; days will start at home, and then make your way to the office (e.g., after dropping off kids at school or after rush hour traffic). Relocation assistance is offered.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the multitude of enterprise software trends and technologies in the marketplace and how they create an opportunity for a DAP platformPartner with the Account Executives during (business) discovery calls and prepare/deliver presentations and product demonstrations explaining Whatfix products to prospects and customersSuccessfully manage and execute on-site or remote solution demonstrations with the assistance of Account Executives Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.Evangelize Whatfix products to prospects, customers, and partners via presentations and product demosRespond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs with the assistance of Account Executives and Technical Sales EngineersConvey feature input and customer requirements to Product Management teamsPartnering with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles, including Discovery Calls, Value Assessment calls, and more Respond to objections during solution presentations and articulate the value and return on investment deliveredEstablish and maintain a deep understanding of the overall Whatfix product portfolio and the competitive landscapeUnderstand and study Whatfix deployments across industries and develop industry best practices and use cases based on our current deploymentsSelf-driven interest to learn more about customers' business, digital transformation trends in their industry, and presenting a thought leadership on Whatfix solving their pain pointsUnderstand the multitude of enterprise software trends and technologies in the marketplace and how they create an opportunity for a DAP platform Liaise with the Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to provide consultative product expertise for all customer needsEffectively communicate & build confidence with customers across teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales)Qualifications5+ years of Technical Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering / Solutions Consulting experienceAbility to study existing deployments across industries like Insurance, Technology, Financial Services, and Healthcare and to communicate the use cases and results to new prospects from these industries. Background in understanding existing deployments across applications like CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft), HR (Workday, Oracle, SAP), and communicating the use cases and results to new prospects looking to deploy Whatfix on these platformsExperience as Solutions Consultant at an Application Software Company catering to industries relevant to Whatfix:  Insurance, Healthcare, Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing Consultative selling experience;  listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a solutionAbility to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand mannerUnderstanding of high-performance software and Enterprise SaaSExcellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate professionallySelf-motivated with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well in a highly dynamic team environment focussed on providing above-industry-standard customer serviceAbility to travel to on-site meetingsWhat sets us apart from the restWhatfix has been named among the top 20 B2B tech companies like Adobe, PayPal, and CiscoWith YoY revenue growth of over 65%, we have also been recognized among the top 20 fastest-growing SaaS companies worldwide in the SaaS 1000 listRecognized by Forrester and Everest Group as a 'Leader' in the digital adoption space, and listed by LinkedIn among one of the Top 5 startups in India in 2020Listed in Deloitte Technology Fast 500 among fastest-growing companies in North America for 2022 and 2021 and recognized as a Great Place to Work 2022-2023Our Customer centricity is evident from a Customer rating of 4.67 on G2 Crowd & 4.7 on Gartner Peer InsightsPerks / BenefitsMac shop, work with the newest technologiesUnlimited PTO policyPaid maternity leaveMonthly cell phone stipendMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage (Whatfix pays 80% of the premium for individuals and their families; for the HSA, Whatfix contributes $1,000 for individuals and $2,000 for a family) Team and company outingsLearning and Development benefitsWhatfix is an Equal Opportunity Employer and E-Verify participant.
