Duties * Monitors cardholder's transactions from Federal Supply Schedules (FSSs) and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).Monitors cardholder's transactions from Federal Supply Schedules (FSSs) and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) * Develops and coordinates new local policies and procedure regarding the GPC program. * Ensures program performance by maintaining program metrics. * Briefs cardholders, approving officials or commanders of problems , and remove card if necessary. * Responsible for submission of and adherence to annual audit schedule to ensue performance goals are met and costs controlled. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience at (GS-09) which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as performing ALL of the following duties; 1) Utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR, DFARS, AFARS), policies and procedures to resolve issues and assist customers; 2) Managing a Government Purchase Card (GPC) Program to ensure regulatory compliance; and 3) Collaborating with senior management to determine which procedures are to be used for a given purchase to protect the Government's interest. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) OR Specialized experience as described in A, but less than one year; and I have at least two years of graduate education as described in B, but less than the required three years. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then, divide your semester hours of graduate education beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.). (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)
