Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying mechanical, electrical and structural engineering theories, principles, methods, techniques to the operation of assigned ship system; Experience setting and altering work priorities based on workload and identifying project specific events and milestones; Experience utilizing shipyard production methods to accomplish work; Experience planning work to be accomplished by subordinates and establishing priorities and timetables.
