Duties * You will serve as the senior Human Resources Assistant (Employee Benefits/Office Automation) and coordinate the administrative support functions performed by junior Human Resources Assistant (Employee Benefits/OA) employees within the Branch. * You will process incoming mail and faxes, prepare outgoing mail, maintain centralized supplies, central point of contact for copy/fax machine and building issues. * You will maintain productivity reports to be used by the supervisor in assessing workload and in identifying trends or problem areas that may need to be addressed. * You will route retirement Request for Personnel Actions (RPAs) from general inbox in Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) to individual inbox for assigned retirement specialists. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
