CONTRACT SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

Summary You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Weapons Systems Engineering Dept of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Duties * You will negotiate and administer contracts between the government and contractors - from receipt of requirement through physical and financial completion. * You will analyze contractor offers, perform cost and price analysis, conduct negotiations, and and process awards. * you will coordinate with internal and external offices and agencies on matters relating to assigned contracts.
